We are recruiting intern employees who aim to become independent business owners while learning know-how at directly managed FamilyMart stores. Depending on the qualifications obtained, an independence support allowance of ¥1,000,000 to ¥1,200,000 is available, which can be applied toward the ¥1,500,000 opening fund.
After 6 to 12 months of working at a directly managed store, you can become independent as a franchise owner.

We operate using a franchise system, developing stores as a convenience store originating from Japan that is deeply rooted in local communities.
We are recruiting intern employees who aim to become independent business owners while gaining store experience at directly managed stores.
After 6 to 12 months of working at a directly managed store, you can become independent as a franchise owner.
