Job description
Work includes assisting residents with meals, excretion, bathing, bed making, monitoring, cleaning, and laundry at a paid nursing home (capacity 35).
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided meals prepared by kitchen staff.
A monitoring system is installed in all rooms to obtain resident's physical condition, respiration, and heart rate data. At night, visits prevent unnecessary awakenings and lead to accident prevention, reducing staff burden. Bathing facilities include private baths, mechanical baths, mist showers, and bed baths.
Work is divided by early shift, late shift, and night shift, with nursing staff on duty 24 hours. Night shifts are performed by care staff and nursing staff. Handovers are done at morning meetings. Night shifts are approximately 4 to 6 times per month.
There is a training program. New graduates, inexperienced individuals, and those with gaps in their careers are welcome.

License/Qualification Name: Completion of Initial Care Worker Training (Kaigo Shokuin Shoninsha Kenshu) — Required; Completion of Practical Care Worker Training (Jitsumushya Kenshu) — Preferred; Care Worker (Kaigo Fukushishi) — Preferred; Any one of the above qualifications is acceptable.
