(Nationalities include Vietnam, Nepal, China, South Korea, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, etc.) This restaurant specializes in two signature nabe dishes: a light soy broth-based dish with beef tendon tofu using dashi broth, and a rich miso-based dish with beef tendon tofu using Hacho miso. *Please check the 「Special Notes」for annual income examples. *Scope of work changes: No changes
