Job description
This job involves visiting construction, caregiving, manufacturing, food and beverage, lodging, and other sites nationwide, based in Okayama, to propose acceptance of foreign human resources and counsel trainees.
Knowledge of immigration law and various industries can be acquired through training after joining the company.
Even without prior experience, you can acquire specialized knowledge.
* Recruitment operations for foreign technical interns (with domestic and international business trips)
* Management operations for foreign technical interns (with domestic business trips)
* Management and sales negotiation operations for companies accepting interns
* Support operations for the association's management (document creation, etc.)
* We have interpreters, so it's okay even if you don't speak foreign languages.
