About the company
Processing of steel materials for shipbuilding. Centered on cutting steel plates with a plasma cutting machine, we also perform transport of steel materials by crane/derrick, shot blasting, and bending work.
A stable job within the JFE Kurashiki complex. Even for beginners, senior employees will instruct on work procedures and safety rules, and the company will support the acquisition of necessary qualifications.
This is the perfect job for those who want to "acquire a vocational skill" or "be involved in manufacturing." We process steel materials for shipbuilding at our steel hub workshop within the JFE Kurashiki complex. You will be responsible for tasks such as cutting steel plates using a plasma cutting machine (PMX), grinding, gas cutting, slag removal, and sorting.
After joining the company, you will learn safety rules and how to handle tools step by step. The tasks you are assigned will change daily, but by mastering each one, your range of work will expand. Employees who started with no experience are active here.
Our site also has foreign staff actively working. After you become accustomed to the job, we will ask you to act as a liaison, clearly communicating precautions and responses in case of defects. Since there is an interpreter, foreign language proficiency is not required.
Because it is a small team, we have an environment where you can easily discuss both work and personal matters. We have 120 days of paid leave per year. We welcome applications from those interested in manufacturing and those who want to work cooperatively with colleagues on site.
