Job description
当社は鉄を加工し、胴縁やブレスなど建物の骨組みの一部を製造す る「製缶」をメインとする会社です。この職種では「ＮＣ工作機械 （以下、ＮＣマシン）」という、数値制御装置を備えた工作機械を 操作するスタッフを求めています。ＮＣマシンの特徴はコンピュー タによる数値制御機能を備えていることで、これにより従来手動で 行っていた加工を自動化し、操作ミスや熟練度によって生まれる違 いをなくしています。経験の浅い方でも基本操作を覚えれば仕事が でき、安定した精度で加工操作を続けることが可能です。業務は材 料を設置して機械に通し、加工されて出てきた製品を回収し、所定 の位置まで運搬するところまでをお願いしています。ＮＣマシンの 操作に慣れた方には簡単な溶接なども覚え、できることを少しずつ 増やしていただきます。※変更範囲：変更なし

この職種ではＮＣマシンの操作をお願いしていますが、細かな数値 の入力や端末にデータを入力する作業は工場事務が行い、ＮＣオペ レーターはデータの入った端末を挿入し、機械の操作のみに専念し ています。入力ミスなどの不安を感じることなく、安心して作業に 集中していただける環境です。
- 比較的難しくない作業が多く、繰 り返しで熟練度を上げていくことを好まれる方や、製造業務に集中 したい方に適しています。
- ＮＣマシンの操作に慣れた方には簡単 な溶接作業など、工場全般の業務を少しずつ習得していただいてい ます。
- 未経験で入社された方の場合は先輩社員について仕事の流 れを学び、多くの場合は１～２週間程度でＮＣマシンのオペレーシ ョンを１人で担当できるようになります。経験者の場合は何ができ るかを確認し、足りない知識を先輩社員が指導しながら当社での流 れを身につけていただきます。
- 溶接など資格取得も推進しており 、研修にかかる費用や資格試験の受験料は全額会社が負担していま す。スムーズに合格できない場合でも再チャレンジを応援していま すので、長期的な視点でご自身のキャリアアップに取り組んでいた だけたらと思います。
- 制服（作業服）は年２回、各１着支給して います。
