Job description
Our company's main business is "steel fabrication," manufacturing parts of building frames such as furring channels and braces. For this position, we are seeking staff to operate "NC machine tools (hereinafter, NC machines)," which are machine tools equipped with a numerical control device. The characteristic of NC machines is that they are equipped with computer-controlled numerical control functions, which automate processing that was previously done manually, eliminating differences caused by operational errors or skill levels. Even those with little experience can perform the job by learning basic operations, and continue processing operations with stable accuracy. The duties include setting materials, feeding them into the machine, collecting the processed products, and transporting them to the designated location. For those familiar with operating NC machines, we will also teach simple welding, and you will gradually increase your capabilities. *Scope of changes: No change

In addition to the "Waki Head Office Plant" and "Nakayama Plant," there are also the "Nishiwaki Ehime Plant" in Ehime Prefecture and the "Nishiwaki Miki Plant" in Hyogo Prefecture.
In this position, you will be operating NC machines. However, detailed numerical input and data entry into terminals are handled by factory administrative staff. NC operators simply insert the data-equipped terminals and focus solely on machine operation. This environment allows you to concentrate on your work without worrying about input errors.
