Job description
当社は金属を加工し、胴縁やブレスなど建物の骨組みの一部を製造 する【製缶】をメインとする会社です。この職種では、当社製品の 生産に関する事務をお願いしています。具体的には以下の通りです 。
- １．「ＮＣ工作機械（以下、ＮＣマシン）」という、数値制御 装置を備えた工作機械用のデータ入力
- ２．施工図等の図面を見て どれくらいの工程がかかるのかを拾い出し、パソコン上にある管理 ソフトに入力
- ３．Ｅｘｃｅｌ、Ｗｏｒｄでの書類作成（注文書、 受発注の記録、工程管理についての書類の整理や管理、取引先との 間で発生する請求書の処理や、支払いの管理など）
- ４．その他、 取引先や協力会社への電話対応に加え、事務所の掃除などもお願い しています。※変更範囲：変更なし

この職種ではＮＣマシン用のデータをフォーマットに入力するとい う生産の裏方として製造現場を支える業務をお願いしており、製造 スタッフと関わりながら一般的な事務の仕事より深く、製造業務に 携わっていただきます。データ入力には機械や製品、製造について のある程度の知識と正確性が求められますが、ものづくりに携わる チームの一員としての実感を共有し、大きなやりがいを感じられる 仕事です。
- 当社製品は現場の工事の後半以降に施工されることが 多く、前段階で他社の工事が遅れている場合は、受注から納品まで の納期が短いことがあります。そのため工場事務スタッフは工程の 拾い出しなどを通じて生産スケジュールを正確に管理することで、 製造スタッフが早めに残業があることを把握できるようにするなど 、社内の製造工程全般をスムーズに進める役割も担っています。
- 新しく入った方には現在いる３人の事務スタッフか社長や専務など が都度指導を担当し、少しずつ当社での業務を覚えていただきます 。これまで一般事務に従事し、工場の知識がない方にも丁寧に指導 しますので、安心してご応募ください。
- この職種では６０歳以上 の方からの応募も受け付けています。（雇用条件は別途相談します ）
- 社員の多くは和気町をはじめ、赤磐市、岡山市、美作市などか ら通勤しています。混雑するルートも少なく、通勤は比較的スムー ズです。
- 制服（作業服）は年２回、各１着支給しています。
