Job description
As a staff member of the Head Office Administration Group, you will perform a wide range of duties. Due to the aging of our group, we aim to rejuvenate our staff. In addition to back-office tasks such as accounting and general affairs, you may also be involved in work at the heliport during the summer due to helicopter transportation of supplies to mountain huts. In winter, you may work as kitchen staff at a ski resort. You will be in charge of the main department according to your experience and aptitude, but as this is a small company, you will perform various tasks beyond just clerical work. About the company
Summer: Operates 7 mountain lodges in the Hakuba-dake area, including Hakuba Sanso and Goryu Sanso. Winter: Operates ski lifts, restaurants, and rest houses at the Tsugaike Kogen Ski Resort, Kane no Naru Oka slope.
This is a workplace where many people who like nature such as mountains and skiing gather. People of various age groups from all over Japan work together, creating a vibrant atmosphere. We also operate a tourist information center in front of Hakuba Station.
As a head office staff member, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties beyond just administrative tasks. The work is diverse and involves some physical labor. It is a workplace with good communication, where you are close to management such as the President and Senior Managing Director. During busy periods, monthly days off are 5 to 6 days, but during slow periods, you can take 16 days (11 consecutive days) of vacation. (This year's actual results) A desktop computer will be loaned to you. Recently, we have been increasing the use of AI for work. The retirement age is 60, but re-employment is available until age 65. Some employees are still working actively beyond age 70.
