Job description
Support work for persons with disabilities and children with disabilities at a day service facility. Average classification 5.7, with users who have significant disability characteristics visiting. We provide services to individuals and children with intellectual and mental disabilities. Our slogan is "Sports are possible even with a disability," and the facility specializes in exercise and sports. Staff provide enjoyable support to improve daily living skills and promote social independence.

About the company
We consider the user's life (daily life) three and five years from now, and support the improvement of their living skills. To find even the slightest possibility of "being able to," we focus on sports (exercise) and recreation.
This is the first facility in Nagoya City specializing in sports (exercise). The exterior and interior are designed in a charming style, and we have created a supportive environment for working in a community-based facility.
We operate with a capacity of 15 for daily life support and 5 for after-school day services. Our activities focus on recreation, aiming to improve users' daily living skills and social independence through exercise and sports. We are not focused on immediate growth, but on supporting users steadily with a long-term perspective, enjoying their growth a year and three years from now while carrying out our work enjoyably. This is a workplace that everyone is building together, aiming to provide an environment where it is easy to work and where personal lives are also valued. We ensure that even those with no experience can comfortably take on the work.
