Job description
We are looking for care staff to support all aspects of our users' lives.
Main duties include assistance with meals and excretions, nighttime supervision, and health checks.
The night shift (5 PM to 9 AM the next day) offers a relatively relaxed environment, allowing time to carefully attend to each user individually.
We value a work style where you can think with your own conscience about "What does this person need right now?" and act on it, rather than relying solely on manuals.
