Caregiving duties for residents at a special nursing home for the elderly, and general care manager duties such as creating care plans, and coordinating with families and other departments.
* There is a shuttle bus for staff from JR Takatsuki Station, making commuting convenient.
* There are staff trips! (Completely voluntary participation.)
Our facility is located in a place rich in nature in the mountainous area of Takatsuki. Although it is somewhat inconvenient to access, you can feel the four seasons up close throughout the year.
The number of staff from various age groups and foreign staff, etc., who are global human resources, is increasing year by year.
