This is a job providing elderly care at a special nursing home for the elderly.
The main duties include assisting with all aspects of daily life such as meals, bathing, excretion, dressing/undressing, and mobility, as well as planning and carrying out seasonal events and recreational activities.
☆There is no overtime due to the shift system.
☆Both men and women have a record of taking childcare leave!

* Salary increases once a year based on performance evaluation.
