About the company
We dispatch home care workers to the homes of people with disabilities in Tokyo, primarily providing physical and daily living assistance as well as communication support. We also actively provide medical care.
As a new company, we offer flexibility and agility. We are particularly focused on providing care for people with severe disabilities and rare diseases, and we excel in providing medical care such as suctioning of phlegm, which has earned us many client requests.

We visit the homes of users who require medical care — such as those with ALS — and support their daily lives.
The specialized skills needed for sputum suctioning can be acquired after joining.
After joining, you will start as a care staff member, focusing primarily on on-site work. After that, you will accumulate management experience as a candidate for coordinator.

While also working on-site, you will play a central role in managing care staff (part-time) and serve as the anchor for each base.
