In a group home, 9 clients with dementia live together in one unit requiring care. Assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, meals, cleaning, and laundry. Recreation activities planned by staff (outings and seasonal events). Responsibility for creating care plans and training of new employees and foreign staff. About the company
Management of long-term care business operations. Operation of dispensing pharmacy business.
We operate home visit care stations, home support offices, small multi-functional facilities, group homes, and dispensing pharmacies at 70 locations nationwide from Hokkaido to Kyushu.
This will be our fifth facility in Tokyo. (Currently, we operate group homes and small-scale multifunctional home care services in Itabashi Ward, Toshima Ward, and Setagaya Ward) We opened on March 1, 2020, and are now recruiting staff to work with us. Many of you may have concerns such as being without qualifications, inexperienced, or having employment gaps. However, since this is a new facility, everyone starts on the same footing and can participate in creating the atmosphere of the facility from the ground up.
