Aibic develops business connecting Japan and overseas in the education field. Leveraging a strong network with over 30 countries worldwide, including China, Taiwan, South Korea, Vietnam, and Nepal, we engage in a wide range of businesses such as recruiting international students, applying for status of residence, and facilitating further education and employment. This recruitment is for a broad role in charge of domestic student recruitment operations, including operational improvements for each task. As a subsidiary of Kokusai Tsushinsha Holdings, our group includes a Japanese language school, a recruitment agency for foreign nationals, and an acceptance organization for foreign workers, creating a business with economies of scale. Primarily, those in their 20s and 30s are active here. This is a rewarding job related to human resource development and social contribution.
