Job description
For Specified Skilled Workers engaged in fields such as care work, food and beverage manufacturing, and food service, you will be responsible for operational management, operational guidance and advice, creation of various documents for administrative authorities related to status of residence, reception duties related to these businesses, support for the daily lives and Japanese language learning of technical interns, and translation of various manuals and materials into their native languages. In particular, as support for the care work industry will be the main focus, those without experience will be required to undertake practical training at our care facilities and work towards obtaining qualifications to deepen their understanding of the work as supporters.
* Preference will be given to those who meet the requirements to be a Japanese language teacher, or who have knowledge and experience in areas such as care work, food and beverage manufacturing, food service, Japanese language educational institutions, and daily life support at post-arrival training centers for technical interns.
